We start by riding through the charming streets and waterfront areas of Vaxholm, one of the most loved towns in the Stockholm Archipelago. Along the way, your guide shares stories about local life, Swedish traditions, and the island’s connection to the sea.

After the ferry crossing, we continue by bike through the quieter islands of Rindö and Fredriksborg. Expect peaceful roads, red cottages, pine trees, coastlines, and scenic viewpoints that feel far away from the city, even though you are still close to Stockholm.

During the tour, we stop for a traditional Swedish fika outdoors. Take a break with coffee and something sweet while enjoying the calm surroundings and views across the water.

Dress for the weather and choose comfortable clothes you can cycle in. We recommend closed-toe shoes, a light windproof or waterproof layer if the forecast looks changeable, and sunglasses or sunscreen on sunny days. Avoid long loose clothing that could get caught while cycling.
Bring a refillable water bottle and clothes suitable for the weather forecast. You may also want a small daypack, sunglasses, sunscreen, and your phone or camera for photos. Your trekking bike, helmet, English-speaking guide, and Swedish fika are included.
This public tour is for guests aged 16 and older. Younger guests may be possible as part of a private tour, depending on bike size, group needs, and guide availability.

Fika is a classic Swedish coffee break, usually with coffee or another hot drink and something sweet. On this tour, we pause outdoors so you can enjoy a simple Swedish fika while taking in the relaxed atmosphere of Vaxholm and the archipelago.
