Kayaking Checklist
Personal paddling gear
- Quick-dry clothing (non-cotton long-sleeve shirt, shorts/pants)
- Rain/windproof jacket
- Water shoes or sandals with a heel strap
- Water bottle (reusable)
- Sunglasses or glasses with strap
- Sun protection (sunscreen, lip balm)
- Set of drybags for clothes and electronics
- Waterproof watch
Group/shared paddling gear
- Map and compass (deck compass optional)
- Extra paddle
- Bilge pump
- Tow line
- First aid kit

🏕️ Camping gear

🍲 Food ideas
Main meals:
- Rice, pasta, porridge
- Dry sausage, tinned food, sandwiches

Snacks:

💧 Water supply
- Bring ~2 liters per person per day
- 1.5L bottles fit well in kayak hatches
- You’ll likely be able to refill after 2–3 days, but carry extra if heading to remote islands
