Yes, please bring a towel or seating mat (not synthetic) for comfort and cleanliness. You may use a towel around your body for modesty and hygiene. If you forget, towels and flip flops are available for rent on-site, and you can pay for them there.
No, for hygiene reasons, we ask that you avoid wearing underwear or swimwear in the sauna. It’s important to maintain cleanliness as sea water with algae and impurities can enter the sauna. Please wrap yourself in a towel for modesty and hygiene.
Only fresh water should be poured on the stove to maintain the quality of the sauna experience. We provide the water for this purpose.
No, food and snacks are not allowed inside the sauna to keep it clean and odor-free. However, feel free to enjoy your treats outside the sauna—just make sure to keep it tidy!
For safety reasons, alcohol consumption is not allowed in the sauna. Additionally, alcohol is not permitted anywhere on the premises of the kayak center. But feel free to bring a non-alcoholic beer—it’s perfectly fine!
No, glass bottles are not allowed for safety reasons. If a bottle breaks, it’s difficult to clean up the shards, which poses a risk to all users.
Yes, water bottles are available for purchase on-site.
