We provide a safe and calm environment for school group

We offer everything from one-day school trips to overnight adventures with sleeping on your own island. Our kayak rental is located right at the doorway to archipelago. It is the perfect setting for your school or scout group. The surrounding waters of Bogesund Nature Reserve are very calm and predictable, which is ideal for new and novice paddlers. Contact us to arrange dates and program according to your group’s needs.

Kayaking Fun Day Trip

Give your school class a memorable day on the water with kayaking. We’ll begin with a safety briefing and equipment instruction before heading out to explore. Enjoy a stop at a nearby island for fika, lunch, or swimming.

Nature Reserve Canoe Day Trip

Explore Bogesund Nature Reserve by canoe. Groups split into a big 14-person canoe and smaller 2-3 person canoes. Stop at nearby islands for fika, lunch, or swimming. Fun for everyone!

School Guided Tour

Glide through the archipelago with your class in canoes or kayaks, led by experienced guides. Enjoy a warm-up session and, for those interested, end the day with friendly competitions. Guided fun for everyone!

Overnight Canoe Adventure

Take your group on an overnight canoe expedition to Bogesund Nature Reserve. Practice wilderness camping and cooking skills. Groups split into a 14-person canoe and smaller 2-3 person canoes. Explore the islands and waters together.

Overnight Kayak Adventure

Take your group on an overnight expedition to practice wilderness camping and cooking. Set up camp, enjoy dinner together, and have breakfast the next morning before more activities or returning to Resarö.

Kayaking & Overnight at Our Base Camp

Our base camp on Björnholmen, between Rindö and Ramsö, is 7 km from the rental location (1.5 hours by kayak). It provides space for group tents, a campfire area, compost toilet, and wind shelters. Drinking water is provided in containers before your arrival, and the island can be booked exclusively for your group.

Basic Kayaking Course

Teaching kayaking to school groups boosts confidence, builds skills, and offers new experiences. Students will learn essential paddling techniques while enjoying our fantastic location, with opportunities to further develop their skills.

Getting Around: Here's a Local Tip from Us

Begin by hopping on the bus to reach our location easily. After your adventure with us, head to Vaxholm, conveniently accessible by bus. Then, catch the ferry back to Stockholm, enjoying breathtaking views along the way. And remember, our sustainable public transport options make your journey not only enjoyable but also environmentally friendly.

By Bus: It’s easy and affordable! From Stockholm Central, take the T14 subway towards Mörby Centrum. Get off at Danderyds sjukhus station and head to bus terminal F to catch bus 670. Our closest bus stop, Engarn, is just 100m away. Check the schedules and tickets through SL.

By Car: About a 30-minute drive from Stockholm. Take E18 towards Norrtälje, then road 274 towards Vaxholm. Turn left towards Resarö after 10 minutes. Public parking is available in front of the kayak center.

By Ferry: The ferry journey takes around 1 hour. Check the schedules and book tickets through Waxholmsbolaget.
